CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless differently agreed, at the moment of booking confirmation, customers agree to pay the first night in case of canceled reservations within three (3) days from the date of arrival or payment of the entire stay in case of no-show or cancellation notified on the day of arrival. In each case, the customer is to communicate the data of a valid credit card or to make a bank transfer according to the instructions that will be communicated from time to time.

Notes: The repair of any damage or loss of keys are debited and are to be paid at the check out. The cost for the loss of the key is set at € 25.
